GEWÄHRLEISTUNG UND SERVICE:

Für die Gewährleistung gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Wir haf-

ten gegenüber unseren jeweiligen Vertragspartnern. Wenden Sie sich bei

Reklamationen an Ihren Händler. Bei Fragen steht Ihnen das TRELOCK

Bei berechtigten Ansprüchen auf Gewährleistung wird das Produkt re-

pariert oder Sie erhalten ein Austauschgerät – Anspruch besteht nur auf

das zu diesem Zeitpunkt aktuelle Modell. Die Garantie ist nur gültig, wenn

das Produkt nach dem Kauf nicht gewaltsam geöffnet oder beschädigt

wurde. Verschleißteile sind von der Gewährleistung ausgenommen. Für

Mangel- und Folgeschäden kann TRELOCK aus dieser Gewährleistung

nicht haftbar gemacht werden. Diese Garantie gilt für einen Zeitraum von

2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum mit Vorlage des originalen Kaufbelegs. Der Her-

steller behält sich technische Änderungen vor.

REINIGUNGSHINWEIS:

Scharfe oder lösungsmittelhaltige Reinigungs mittel können den Kunst-

stoff angreifen und zur Beschädigung des Produktes führen.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE:

Aus Sicherheitsgründen beim Fahrradtransport (z. B. Auto dach) Schloss

vom Fahrrad abnehmen.

GARANTIE ET SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE :

Les conditions d’application de la garantie sont celles imposées par la

législation. Nous sommes responsables vis à vis de nos partenaires

contractuels respectifs. En cas de réclamations, adressez-vous à votre

Si le recours en garantie est validé, le produit sera réparé ou remplacé

par un nouveau produit – le recours se limitant à la fourniture du mo-

dèle actuel à la date du recours en garantie. La garantien’est valide

que si le produit n’a pas été violemment ouvert ou endommagé après

l’achat. Elle ne s’applique pas aux piles, aux accus et aux pièces d’usure.

TRELOCK ne peut pas être tenu responsable, sur la base de cette garan-

tie, des dommages dus à des défauts de quelque type que ce soit. La ga-

rantie est valable pendant une période de 2 ans à partir de la date d’achat,

sur présentation de l’original du bordereau d’achat. Le fabricant se réser-

ve le droit de procéder à des modifications techniques.

CONSEIL DE NETTOYAGE :

Conseil de nettoyage : les nettoyants agressifs ou avec solvant peuvent

attaquer le plastique et détériorer le produit.

CONSIGNES DE SECURITE :

Pour des raison de sécurité, lors du transport d’un vélo (p. ex. sur le toît

d’une voiture) enlevez l’antivol du vélo.

Bij terechte garantieclaims wordt het product gerepareerd of u ontvangt

een vervangend apparaat – er kan alleen aanspraak worden gemaakt op

het model dat op dit moment actueel is. De garantie is alleen geldig, wan-

neer het product na aankoop niet met geweld is geopend of beschadigd.

Batterijen, accu’s en slijtagedelen zijn uitgesloten van de garantie. Voor

gebrek- en vervolgschade kan TRELOCK op basis van deze garantie niet

aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Deze garantie geldt voor een periode van 2

jaar vanaf de verkoopdatum na overleg van de originele aankoopbon. De

fabrikant behoudt zich het recht voor van technische wijzigingen.

REINIGINGSINSTRUCTIE:

Agressieve of oplosmiddelhoudende schoonmaakmiddelen kunnen de

kunststof aantasten en tot beschadiging van het product leiden.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES:

Om veiligheidsredenen dient u het slot tijdens het transport van de fiets

(bijv. op het dak van de auto) van de fiets af te halen.

In the event of a justifiable guarantee claim, the product will be repaired

or replaced. Claim for replacement applies only to the current model ap-

plicable at this time. The guar antee is valid only if the product has not

been forced open or dam aged after purchase. Wearing parts are excluded

from the guarantee. TRELOCK cannot be made liable for any consequen-

tial loss or damage resulting from this guarantee claim. This guarantee

is valid for two years from the date of purchase, on submission of the

original purchase receipt. The manufacturer reserves the right to make

technical modifications.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

Abrasive items or solvent-based cleaning agents can corrode the plastic

and lead to damage of the product.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

For safety reasons, remove the lock prior to any transport of your bike

(e. g. on car roof).
