Our blood pressure monitor is showing incorrectly. Was just at the doctor and my blood pressure was there 160/80. Tested my TOPCOM on return - and this showed 3 times 99/64 ... How can I get the error fixed. THANK YOU in advance for the quick reply.

Hello I have a blood pressure cuff and it's starting to come up with an error code that I do not know what it means. How to know the meaning of them? One is E2, I have changed the battery several times because I thought that was where the problem lay. Grateful for help!

Hello, good product, satisfied for several years. Currently, it no longer indicates the DIASTOLIC pressure. So no measurement at all. No leaks in the hose, it exerts a constant pressure in the cuff. I checked the batteries, remove the batteries overnight. The digits are present. Is there a system reset? thank you
