Come impostare l'ora

1. Tirare la corona verso l'esterno fino al secondo clic, quando la lancetta dei secondi si trova nella

posizione delle 12:00.

2. Girare la corona per impostare le lancette delle ore e dei minuti.

Prendere AM/PM in considerazione quando s'impostano le lancette delle ore e dei minuti sull'ora

desiderata.

- Quando s'imposta la lancetta dei minuti, farla avanzare 4 o 5 avanti rispetto all'ora desiderata,

poi farla tornare indietro sull'ora esatta.

3. Spingere la corona indietro sulla posizione normale.

Come impostare la data

1. Tirare la corona sulla prima posizione (clic).

2. Girare la corona per impostare la data.

Nota: non eseguire l'impostazione della data fra le 9:00PM e l'1:00AM.

3. Spingere la corona indietro sulla posizione normale.

Suggerimento: se la data cambia durante il giorno, è perchè am/pm sono impostati male. Far avanzare le

lancette dell'ora di 12 ore.

Caratteristiche dell'orologio solare

Quest'orologio è un orologio a energia solare, che contiene una cellula solare sotto il quadrante

per convertire qualsiasi forma di luce in "energia elettrica" e immagazzinare l'energia in una

batteria secondaria.

Al contrario di altri orologi al quarzo convenzionali, questo non usa una batteria all'ossido di

argento, eliminando così la necessità di una sostituzione della batteria.

Il tempo di funzionamento stimato da carica piena fino all'arresto è di circa quattro mesi.

Come caricare e avviare l'orologio

• Per caricare l'orologio

Quando si avvia l'orologio o quando l'energia rimanente nella seconda batteria è molto bassa,

caricare sufficientemente da esporre l'orologio alla luce del sole.

- Non è necessario caricare l'orologio completamente. Tuttavia è importante caricare l'orologio

in maniera sufficiente, specialmente in caso di ricarica iniziale.

• Avvertenza

Quando si carica l'orologio, non sistemarlo troppo vicino a fonti di luce fluorescenti o altre fonti

di luce, poiché la temperatura dell'orologio potrebbe alzarsi molto, causando danni ai componenti

interni dell'orologio.
