EYES, MAY CAUSE TEMPORARY FLASH

BLINDNESS SIMILAR TO THE EFFECT OF A

CAMERA FLASH BULB. ALTHOUGH THIS

CONDITION IS TEMPORARY, IT CAN

BECOME MORE DANGEROUS IF THE

EXPOSED PERSON IS ENGAGED IN A

VISION-CRITICAL ACTIVITY SUCH AS

DRIVING.
