Hello! I love this stapler, but now I can't get it to work....HELP!!!! I have the Swingline Optima 20. There was a jammed staple, so I took it out like I've done many times before. Once I went to finish stapling nothing happened. I checked the staple cartridge to make sure it was pushed in all the way & it was; I checked the plug in wire & it was fine. I've looked online for troubleshooting, but no luck. What am I missing here???? Any help would be appreciated. [email protected]

Can’t release the magazine I press the “quick load” button and the magazine comes out about a couple mm. I then try to pull it out, but it stuck inside..
