General Safety Instructions

1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with

reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and

knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the

appliance.

2. The appliance may only be used in the household and for the purpose for

which it was produced.

3. Please make sure that the main voltage and current rating correspond with

the power supply of the appliance.

4. Please don’t touch hot surfaces. Please use handles or knobs.

5. Please use the device only on flat surfaces to prevent tip-over.

6. Do not use the appliance outdoor or close to heat sources.

7. The device may not be kept outdoors, at places with extreme temperatures or

high humidity.

8. Please keep the unit away from curtains and do not place it immediately

under the power socket.

9. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or

separate remote-control system.

10. The use of an extension cord or similar parts is prohibited.

11. The use of additional, non recommended accessories may cause injury or

deletion of all warranty claims.

12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its

service agent or a qualified person. Never use the appliance with a damaged

cord or plug.

13. Please remove the plug from the wall socket:

- in case of any malfunction,

- in case that the appliance won’t be used for longer time,

- before cleaning.

When removing the plug from the wall socket, please never pull on the power

cord.

14. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or any

non-removable parts of this appliance in water or other liquids.

15. Never block the air inlet or outlet.

16. Let the appliance cool down before moving, transportation, maintenance and

care or storage.
