We have received the instruction manual with the pillow. We don't understand how to connect the batteries to the Stoov smartlabel. Are we missing an intermediate piece?

You connect the battery with the cable in the cushion cover, the connection under the red label is for charging the battery if it is placed in the cushion

I had the same problem, couldn't see the cable in the inner cushion!

Hello, while the cushion is charging, 2 lights are on. 1 (at the height of the name Stoov ) and 1 is constantly flashing (position 1). The cushion has been charging for 8 hours but does not turn off. Keeps flashing. What is going on ?

We have this too. Is the battery broken?

Good evening As of today, my Stoov cushion flashes faster than during the usual charging process when it is connected to the cable. I have already reset it, but the rapid flashing remains. What does that mean? When it's fully charged, the light stays on all the time. It was now ten hours on the cable. I can't find anything about it online and your support page doesn't seem to exist.

I received a big hug today. The battery has no lights and I can't find the button to turn it on. And how and where to connect the battery to the ceiling? And what is the connection on the side for?

I don't have a cable in the cushion cover? and now? Apparently I miss an intermediate piece just like Eline, Ingrid and JC Haas. So just send it back to Stoov?

Also no coupling piece, so the battery is useless! Also no helpdesk to call, then return!

We also have the problem that Eline has already described. Is an adapter missing to connect the battery to the Stoov Smartlabel? For me unnecessary time I wasted with such thoughts!

First of all, I receive the blanket in a completely broken box that is also already open. After 5 minutes, the delivery person brings me another cable that had fallen out of the box. So considerate guest. From the manual I don't understand the instructions at all. I connect the Stoov to the adapter and the lights come on. I haven't connected the battery to anything yet. After I took out the inner part I did find a cable to connect the battery to. and now?

I also lack a spacer to connect the battery to the jug. They just haven't learned how to prevent this yet

Is it safe to use the blanket when it is plugged in and charging? PS I absolutely love this blanket - it was given to me by my daughter for Christmas and it’s fabulous ( I have rheumatoid arthritis). We have photovoltaic cells on the roof and when the sun shines it charges up for free too. Win win situation!
