Hello good evening, I have just purchased an MSA 300 C-O, I have put 15w40 oil in it for the chain, the red low oil level indicator light does not go out, and it does not start. Refined sunflower oil was made from the other thermal stihls that I have, without any problem. According to the MSA 300 manual, I have to add its specific oil, is this true??
