My cutter doesn’t automatically extend when needed. When I open it there is plenty of string but it doesn’t get extended. What to do?

FSE 81 használati utasításában FI relé (30 mA) használata van leírva. A fűkasza II. ÉV osztályú, kettős szigetelésű . Hogy fog a FI relé működni amikor nincs védővezető ?
