WHY ADJUST MY NEW CHAIR CORRECTLY?
In today’s work environment many hours are spent sitting, usually in front of a
computer. The physical impact of sitting so much is high and is greatly influenced
by what or sitting posture is like.
Areas that are particularly susceptible to pain from sitting incorrectly is the
neck, shoulders, back and upper thighs. Through using the right equipment
correctly adjusted we can greatly increase our comfort and productivity.

OFFICE CHAIR USER’S INSTRUCTIONS
Ratchet height
adjustable headrest: Simply lift
headrest to desired position and
headrest locks automatically. To
lowers headrest, lift to the top
position.
Horizontal lumbar Adjustment
Press button down and move
lumbar to desired depth,
release button to lock into
position.
Lumbar height adjustment: Lift
lumbar to desired position and
lumbar locks automatically. To
lower, lift lumbar to top position.
Cast aluminium base
with anti-slip pads
2x mag wheel carpet castors
Seat Slider: Pull lever bar up to
unlock, move seat, release lever
to lock into position
Arm height adjustment: to raise or
lower arm height, pull trigger in
and move to desired position.
Release trigger to lock into posi-
tion
Pneumatic Height Adjust-
ment: Pull lever up to lower
seat. To raise, pull lever up
with your weight off seat
Arm Pivot Adjustment:
Underneath pad. Push
button up to pivot, release
button to lock into position
Tension Knob: Turn clock-
wise to increase tension,
turn counter clockwise to
decrease tension.
Infinite position Tilt Lock:
Turn lever up to lock, turn
lever down to unlock
Horizontal Arm Adjustment:
Pull arm our from seat to
desired position from
bottom of arm for in-
creased width. Push arm to
decrease width.
