STAINLESS STEEL FRYING PAN

l Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high-quality product.

Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the ﬁrst time. Please, read the following

operating instructions and safety instructions carefully. Use the product only as described and

for the speciﬁed range of applications. Keep these instructions in a safe place. Make sure to

include all documents when you are passing the product on to third parties.

l Intended use

n The product is suitable for preparing food.

n It is suitable for gas, electric, halogen, induction and glass ceramic hobs.

n The product is intended for personal use only.

l Properties

Heat resistant: up to 160 °C

l Safety instructions

KEEP ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS FOR FUTURE REFE-

RENCE!

n Please note that the handles can become hot during cooking. Therefore, use oven

mitts or potholders for your protection.

n Do not use the pan if the handle is loose. If necessary, tighten the screw connection of

the handle.

n Always place the hot product on a heat-resistant base – never on an unprotected work

surface.

n During cooking, it is very important that you do not let the product out of your sight. Fat and

food can quickly overheat and catch ﬁre. Do not place dripping wet meat in hot fat. Fat

splashing onto a glowing hotplate can easily cause a ﬁre.

n Do not extinguish burning fat with water. Instead, smother the ﬂames with a blanket or use a

ﬁre extinguisher.

n The product is not suitable for deep frying.

n CAUTION: Do not overheat an empty pan or a pan ﬁlled with food, as this will reduce

the non-stick eﬀect or damage the coating.

n Lightly grease the pan
