Fantastic image (and sound) quality, but after 14 months our AF8 suddenly cannot be started anymore, and we only see a flashing red LED light under the screen. We had this problem before, but every time the TV could be started again after a while. Not anymore. Tried everything, including a full reset several times. Oddly enough, this is apparently a common problem at Sony, which is completely unacceptable at such a price.

I have a problem, trivial with replacing the battery in the remote control. When pressing the triangle button on the remote control's forehead, the flap does not open the lower cover of the remote control despite gentle pressure on it in any direction and upwards? I am asking for a helpful answer, because I do not want to use force ..
