My scales seems to be reading incorrectly. Can I calibrate it?

The scale remains at 0g. The batteries are good and all modes are available. But despite all the tests, it still remains at 0. Ke dismantled it and only one of the 4 fixings to weigh gives me figures if I press on it manually. Is this normal? Where can the problem come from? Thank you
