Consejos útiles para freír con aire caliente
Prepare sus platos siguiendo las recomendaciones de
preparación del fabricante o una receta.
Según el tipo de alimento, es posible que el tiempo y
temperatura tengan que ser ajustados.
Con cantidades más grandes, el tiempo de cocción
incrementa. Recomendamos dar la vuelta con
frecuencia a los alimentos.
Si los alimentos quedan demasiado oscuros, intente
reducir la temperatura primero, antes de disminuir los
tiempos de cocción.
Para freír de modo nutritivo y saludable, recomendamos
ajustar la temperatura a un nivel inferior a 170 °C
para alimentos amiláceos, es decir alimentos con
un contenido de fécula superior a la media. Una
temperatura baja al freír, combinado con pequeñas
cantidades de alimentos, reduce al mínimo la formación
de sustancias perjudiciales para la salud.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Siempre desenchufe la freidora de la pared y permita
que se enfríe sucientemente antes de limpiarla.
Precaución: Para evitar una descarga eléctrica, no
limpie la supercie exterior de la freidora ni el cable
eléctrico con líquidos y no los sumerja en agua.
No se deben usar limpiadores ásperos o abrasivos para
evitar que se rayen la carcasa y el revestimiento de la
cesta para freír y la canastilla.
Limpie la cesta y la canastilla con agua caliente y un
poco de detergente y séquela bien.
¡La canastilla puede lavarse en el lavavajillas!
Limpie con un paño húmedo la carcasa y la supercie
para la introducción de la cesta para freír.

doméstica, porque contienen componentes
valiosos que pueden ser reciclados. La eliminación
correcta ayuda a proteger el medio ambiente y la salud de

información relevante. Los aparatos eléctricos que ya no
son utilizables se pueden entregar gratuitamente en el
establecimiento de venta.
