Hello, after using the device twice, I discovered an approx. 0.3mm hole (as if drilled) on the upper edge (inside) of the freezer container. If held at an angle, liquid will run out. Does this hole have to be there because of .......? Thanks in advance for your reply. The device is still under warranty.
