hello my savic magnetic cat flap no longer recognizes my cats' magnetic collars and has gone into free opening/closing mode. when I take out the opening/closing module there are 3 or 6 "rectangles" inserted in plastic that I cannot get out but 1 is oxidized. should this rectangle be changed? how to get it out and more without touching it with your fingers?
