Question: I have just bought these ear pods and they only play out of one ear. both say they are connected but only play out of one ear. tapping the working pod pauses the music where as tapping the other switches the play to that ear, but both wont play at the same time. i have checked the balance and mono toggle in the settings to no effect. this is happening on an iphone, ipad and android device. Are they faulty thanks

Mine are doing the exact same. They’re rubbish. Can’t get them to connect to each other.
