Question: When I turn the dishwasher on, after a couple seconds the light below the all glass sign flashes continuously and it bleeds for around 20 seconds then stops, the continues to flash and it makes a noise as though it's pumping water then stops and the light continues to flash. All this time it wont let me start a cycle. If I turn it off then back on this process just starts again. What is the issue and is it fixable?
