Question: I cannot see myself ever in my life buying a Defy product ever, ever, ever. Bought a Defy DAW373 auto washing machine new from Makro. I washed like in 15-20 washes & then with a next wash it stops in the middle of a programs and does nothing. Then it washes perfect for maybe the next 5-15 washes then draining water while trying to fill water en let my water run for 2-3 hours when I'm maybe out. Got tech out several time then it working again..it cost me 3 machine's value in water,time & callouts

Is some kind of way to reset the machine's programming. Have disconnected it from power for a few days, no difference..
