Question: ls,
I have a Philips infrared lamp of 650 W. (no type no.)
so probably an older model and not used for a while. (Bought new at the time).
Due to a painful shoulder joint I would like to use it again, but unfortunately the lamp no longer works.
The control buttons on the base of the lamp do work.
On/off button works, timer works, it also makes the "familiar"
light-seeking sound but it doesn't get hot and red.
What is going on here?
