I had to take the top off, there are several screws underneath, these all need to be removed.
My sheet had been rolled up but I could just see an edge, I used pliars to pull the sheet out bit by bit.
I think the jam was caused by not putting the paper up against the joined edge of the pouch.
If you can see more of the sheet it should be easier to pull out.
