I had a similar problem on my Fellowes Venus 2 A3. How I fixed it: when it was cold and unplugged, I unscrewed 6 bolts, carefully opened the top cover, found debris under one of the three sensors, removed it with tweezers and put it back together. After that it worked again as usual. Good luck!
