Good day, Two craftsmen did not manage to pull the supplied exhaust air hose over the exhaust air opening without damaging it. As described on page 8, attaching from the back and from the inside with the thumb is not possible. It is missing 2mm in diameter to make this possible. How should we proceed? Kind regards E Judge
