I was bought this device in October and have only just needed to use it. I have tried to insert the plug into the bottom of the machine but it just falls out, so I am unable to use it. I have had another Medisana manicure set before that has lasted for years without any trouble. There is also a pink plastic part in with the different heads. What is this for? Hope to hear from you soon.
