Suddenly I notice that the scoop, once fixed in the oven, cannot rotate. Is this normal? I thought the scoop turned all the way around once the loaf pan is riveted in the oven, but maybe in those 30 years I never noticed that when I put the loaf pan in the oven, suddenly the scoop (kneading blade) doesn't turn all the way.
