Good morning, two years ago I bought the ceiling fan and it has worked well so far. This summer what happens is that when we press the control so that only the air works, without the light, it does not start. Only the fan light works. We have changed batteries in the remote, and it still does not work. Inside the remote there is a box of keys and the first four tabs are facing down and the last one facing up.
