• Asegúrese de que el área del piso sea suficiente para la carga de refrigerante o que el conducto de

b) Mantenimiento

• El equipo portátil debe repararse en el exterior o en un taller especialmente equipado para unidades

de servicio con refrigerantes inflamables.

• Asegúrese de que haya suficiente ventilación en el lugar de reparación.

• Tenga en cuenta que el mal funcionamiento del equipo puede deberse a la pérdida de refrigerante y

es posible una fuga de refrigerante.

• Descargue los capacitores de una manera que no provoque chispas. El procedimiento estándar para

• Vuelva a montar los gabinetes sellados con precisión. Si los sellos están desgastados, reemplácelos.

c) Reparar

• El equipo portátil debe repararse en el exterior o en un taller especialmente equipado para el

mantenimiento de unidades con refrigerantes inflamables.

• Asegúrese de que haya suficiente ventilación en el lugar de reparación.

• Tenga en cuenta que el mal funcionamiento del equipo puede deberse a la pérdida de refrigerante y

es posible que se produzca una fuga de refrigerante.

• Descargue los capacitores de una manera que no provoque chispas.

• Cuando se requiera soldadura fuerte, los siguientes procedimientos se llevarán a cabo en el orden

correcto:

- Retire el refrigerante. Si la recuperación no es requerida por las regulaciones nacionales, drene el

refrigerante al exterior. Tenga cuidado de que el refrigerante drenado no cause ningún peligro. En caso

de duda, una persona debe vigilar la salida. Tenga especial cuidado de que el refrigerante drenado no

- Evacuar el circuito frigorífico.

- Purgar el circuito frigorífico con nitrógeno durante 5 min.

- Evacuar de nuevo.

- Quitar las piezas a sustituir cortando, no con llama.

- Purgue el punto de soldadura fuerte con nitrógeno durante el procedimiento de soldadura fuerte.

- Realice una prueba de fugas antes de cargar con refrigerante.

• Vuelva a montar los gabinetes sellados con precisión. Si los sellos están desgastados, reemplácelos.

• Compruebe el equipo de seguridad antes de ponerlo en servicio.

d) Desmantelamiento

• Si la seguridad se ve afectada cuando el equipo se pone fuera de servicio, la carga de refrigerante se

eliminará antes de la puesta fuera de servicio.

• Asegúrese de que haya suficiente ventilación en la ubicación del equipo.
