Premere il fermo per regolare l’altezza sfilando la canna e portandola in corrispondenza dei
fori in base all’altezza desiderata e alla manovrabilità soggettiva del paziente stesso.
Riposizionare il fermo sul foro per bloccare la canna. Controllare che tutte le quattro gambe
siano alla stessa altezza. Peso massimo sopportabile 60 kg.

Evitare contatti prolungati con acqua e controllare periodicamente la robustezza del deam-
bulatore. Per evitare eventuali rischi si raccomanda di tenere il deambulatore lontano dalla
portata dei bambini e di sostituire i puntali di appoggio a terra una volta usurati.
Con il braccio steso, l’impugnatura del deambulatore deve essere all’altezza del polso.
Con la mano appoggiata sull’impugnatura, il gomito deve essere piegato di 20°-30°.

Alla presenza di fili elettrici a terra, pavimento bagnato, tappeti, giocatoli o
altri ostacoli, mobili, scalini e pavimenti sconnessi. Non usare deambulatore per salire o scen-
dere le scale o sulle scale mobili.

Per trasferire il paziente dalla carrozzina al deambulatore assicurarsi che le ruote della car-
rozzina siano bloccate.

Per camminare con il deambulatore, alzarlo e posarlo comodamente davanti a se stessi
assicurandosi che tutte e quattro le gambe siano appoggiate a terra. Camminare con pruden-
za facendo un passo alla volta.

Push the button to adjust the height. Draw out the stick paying attention to the correspon-
ding holes up to the desired height which should reflect user’s needs. Then leave the push
button to fix the stick again. Repeat described procedure for each leg, at the end, check that
all four legs have the same height. Maximum endurable weight 60 kg.

Avoid to leave the walker in contact with water for long periods and control its sturdiness
periodically. Keep it away from children to avoid any possible risks. Replace rubber tips every
time they are worn out.
With your arm extended down, handgrips should be at your wrist height. With your hand pla-
ced on the handgrip, your elbow should be flexed by 20° - 30°.

Beware of electrical cords in way, wet surfaces, rugs, toys or debris, furniture,
little steps and gaps in floors. Do not use the walker on stairs or escalators.

To transfer the patient from the wheelchair to the walker, be sure wheels of the wheelchair
are locked.

To walk with the walker, lift it up and place it comfortably in front of you,
making sure all four legs end up on the floor. Walk carefully forward, one step at a time.
