einen Stuhl mit Rückenlehnen und kreuzen Sie die Beine nicht. / Sit on a back-

supported chair and keep your legs uncrossed.

Breng de manchet aan rondom uw arm, maar niet te strak. / Ajustez le

brassard mais ne pas trop serrer. / Legen Sie die Manschette eng aber nicht zu

stramm an. / Fit the cuff closely, but not too tight.

Vermijd dikke of strak zittende kleding aan uw bovenarm. / Évitez les vêtements

épais ou ajustés sur le haut du bras. /

Vermeiden Sie dicke oder eng anliegende

Plaats de manchet met arteriemarkering op uw arterie. / Placez le repère d'artère
