Bought the McCulock 380 CS, but the chain digs into the sprocket. Have handed it in, but the seller says it has been used incorrectly, which is not true. It seems that the chain digs out chips deep inside the cog. The gear tightens, but to no avail. I live in Norway, but no one fixes this it seems. This product sits almost unused in my store, and cannot be used, the chain comes off as soon as you start using it.
