Hold the clock/presets button and then choose 12/24 hour. After this you can change the time with the hour and mins buttons. Then press clk/presets to save it.

Hi John, I found that there is a very short 'window of opportunity' when you can adjust the clock time setting. You have to be ready as soon as the display starts flashing, after step 2. 1. Press the DIMMER button to brighten the display. 2. Press and hold the CLK/PRESETS button, 24H will flash in the display. Press TUNE +/- to select 24 hour or 12 hour clock display, then press CLK/PRESETS to confirm. 3. Press the HOUR button to set the hour. Press and hold the button to quickly change the...

just got this item and followed the instructions to do with setting the time. OK it's not standard but it's simple enough if you just follow the above instructures posted by Carl 27/11 19.

I can't unset the alarm. When I follow the instructions in the manual and press AL1 or AL2, it just turns the volume up and down. It does nothing to the alarm settings.
