Leaking or damaged batteries can cause
burns if they come into contact with skin. Therefore, wear suitable protective
gloves in such cases. In the event of leakage from the batteries, remove
them from the product immediately to avoid damage. Only use batteries of
the same type. Do not mix old batteries with new ones! Remove the batteries if the
product will not be used for a prolonged period.
RISK: DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT
Use only the specified type of battery! Insert batteries according to the polarity
markings (+) and (-) on the battery and the product. Clean the contacts on the battery
and in the battery compartment with a dry, lint-free cloth or cotton swab before insertion!
Remove spent batteries from the product immediately.
Hanging the device securely
The device is not designed to be used in rooms with a high humidity level (e.g.,
bathrooms). Before mounting to the wall, make sure that there are no gas, water or
electricity lines at the drilling location. Use suitable screws and dowels (not included in
scope of delivery). Be mindful of the wall's condition.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage caused by improper fastening. Make
sure that
no direct heat sources (e.g., heaters) affect the device;
it is not placed in the path of direct sunlight;
contact with splashing or dripping water is avoided;
the appliance does not hang or stand in the immediate vicinity of magnetic fields
(e.g., loudspeakers);
to avoid having foreign objects interfere with it;
candles and other open flames are kept away from the device at all times, to
prevent the spread of fire.
Starting up the device
Using the correct polarity, insert a 1.5 V AA R6/LR6 battery into the battery
compartment on the back of the device.
Setting the time
Use the dial on the back of the device to set the time.

Your device has an analogue display for the TEMPERATURE.
The measuring range of the temperature is between -20 – 50 °C.
