Warnings
DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO LIGHT BEAM or shine into eyes of another.
DO NOT SUBMERGE UNDER WATER. Lezyne LED lights are water resistant under
normal condions, but are not waterproof. If moisture gets inside light body,
remove tailcap and air-out unl completely dry.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ELECTRONICS. Doing so will void warranty.
Use only genuine Lezyne branded LIR 123A baeries. See Charging for instruc-
ons on installing baery.
Lezyne USA, Inc. and Lezyne Co., Ltd. do not accept any liability for injuries or
other damages resulng from the use of this product in any circumstances.
Warranty
In U.S. and U.K., Lezyne LED Lights carry a two (2) year warranty from the
original purchase date to the original owner (proof of purchase is required).
Lezyne Baeries carry a six (6) month warranty from the original purchase date.
Lezyne warranes cover any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Issues not covered by warranty include normal wear & tear, improper installaon,
aempng to access or modify electronics, damage or failure due to accident,
misuse, abuse and/or neglect.

Mounting
1. Slide clamp over handlebar with bolt hole facing forward, place top
mount on clamp, insert thumbscrew from boom.
2. Tighten thumbscrew unl snug; clamp should not rotate on handlebar.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Max Torque: 5.0 Nm
3. Slide LED light into top plate from front. CONFIRM TAB ENGAGEMENT.
To remove LED light, depress release tab; pull light forward.
NOTE: When installing on carbon surfaces, verify ghtening torque recom-
mendaon with the carbon parts manufacturer to prevent over ghtening that
can cause damage to the carbon material and/or under ghtening that can
cause lack of xing strength.
Operation
1. ON/OFF: hold buon two (2) sec.
2. Mode cycle: click buon
3. Overdrive Race Mode: hold buon ve (5) sec.
OVERDRIVE RACE MODE: With the light OFF, hold buon for ve (5) seconds,
unl light ashes. The light is now in Overdrive Race Mode where only Overdrive
and Economy outputs are selectable. The light will remain in Overdrive Race
Mode even when switched OFF. Repeat the step above to return to the normal
mode set.
THERMAL PROTECTION: If the operang temperature of the light is too high,
the light automacally lowers the lumen output.
MAINTENANCE: For water resistance, ensure that tailcap, buon, and USB
protecve cover are fully installed before every use. Keep tailcap threads
clean and apply small amount of thick, mulpurpose grease to tailcap threads
if necessary.

Battery Indicator
An LED, located in the buon, displays current baery status while light is ON.
When light is OFF, click buon once to momentarily display baery status.

Charging
Before using your Lezyne LED Light for the rst me, fully charge baery.
To charge your light:
1. Open USB protecve cover on boom of light
2. Connect micro USB cable and light to powered USB port
3. Once charging, buon will ash green
If buon does not ash when plugged in, selected USB port may not be pow-
ered—try another USB port.
Light will be charged aer 3–4 hours or when buon illuminates solid green.
4. Remove light from charger and reinstall USB protecve cover—ensure
USB protecve cover is fully installed for water resistance

BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Unscrew tailcap, pull baery out; always ensure
baery is installed in correct orientaon and tailcap is fully installed for water
resistance.

NO SUMERGA LA LUZ BAJO DEL AGUA. Las luces Lezyne LED son resistentes al
agua en condiciones normales de uso pero no son impermeables. Si la hume-
dad entra en el interior de la luz, rere la tapa posterior y deje que se airee
hasta que se seque del todo.
NO INTENTE RETIRAR LOS COMPONENTES ELECTRÓNICOS. Si lo hace, anulará
la garana.

Garan tía

Montaje
1. Deslice la abrazadera por encima del manillar con el agujero para el tornillo
orientado hacia adelante, coloque la parte superior en la abrazadera e
inserte el tornillo por la parte inferior.
2. Apriete el tornillo hasta que quede bien ajustado; la abrazadera
no debería moverse una vez colocada en el manillar. NO APRIETE
EXCESIVAMENTE. Par de Torsión Máximo: 5,0 N-m.
3. Deslice la luz LED en la placa superior desde la parte delantera. EL
BOTÓN DE INSERCIÓN INDICARÁ QUE LA POSICIÓN ES CORRECTA.
Para quitar la luz LED, presione el botón de liberación y deslice la luz hacia delante.
NOTA: cuando instale la luz en supercies de carbono, consulte la par de tor-
sión recomendada por el fabricante de las partes de carbono para evitar apre-
tar demasiado ya que puede dañar el material de carbono. Si aprieta menos de
lo debido no dispondrá de la sujeción ópma.
Funcionamiento
1. Encendido/Apagado: presione el botón durante dos (2) segundos.
2. Modo de ciclos: presione el botón
3. Modo “Overdrive Race”: presione el botón durante cinco (5) segundos.
MODO “OVERDRIVE RACE”: con la luz apagada (OFF), presione el botón
durante cinco (5) segundos hasta que la luz parpadee. La luz está ahora en
Modo Overdrive Race, sólo se podrán seleccionar los modos Overdrive y Econ-
omy. La luz se mantendrá en Modo Overdrive Race incluso una vez apagada
(OFF). Para cambiar a modo normal, vuelva a presionar el botón durante cinco
(5) segundos.
PROTECCIÓN TÉRMICA: si la temperatura en funcionamiento es muy elevada,
la luz disminuirá automácamente la salida de lúmenes.
MANTENIMIENTO: para una buena resistencia al agua, asegúrese de que la
tapa trasera, el botón y la cubierta protectora de USB están bien colocadas
cada vez que vaya a ulizar la luz. Mantenga la rosca de la parte trasera limpia
y, si es necesario, aplique una pequeña candad de grasa mulusos.

Indicador del Estado de la Batería
Cuenta con dos luces LED (verde y roja) en el botón que indican el estado de
la batería cuando la luz está encendida (ON). Para conocer el estado de la bat-
ería cuando la luz está apagada, presione el botón de encendido; el estado se
mostrará durante dos (2) segundos.

Antes de ulizar la luz LED por primera vez, cargue completamente la batería.
Para cargar su luz:
1. Abra la cubierta protectora USB que se encuentra en la parte inferior de
la luz.
2. Conecte el cable micro USB y la luz a un puerto USB acvo.
3. Una vez esté cargando, el botón lo indicará parpadeando de color verde.
Si la luz del botón no parpadea una vez conectada, puede ser debido al puerto
USB. Por favor, pruebe con otro puerto y asegúrese de que esté acvo.
La batería estará cargada en 3-4 horas; la luz del botón se iluminará de color
verde para indicarlo.
4. Desconecte la luz del cargador y vuelva a colocar la cubierta protectora
USB. Asegúrese de que la cubierta está bien colocada para una buena
resistencia al agua.

Recommandations
NE PAS REGARDER DIRECTEMENT LE FAISCEAU LUMINEUX ni l’orienter vers les
yeux d’autres personnes.
NE PAS IMMERGER SOUS L’EAU. Les lampes Lezyne LED résistent aux pro-
jecons d’eau dans les condions normales d’ulisaon mais ne sont pas
étanches à l’immersion. Si l’humidité pénètre à l’intérieur, ôter le capot arrière
et sécher complètement.
NE PAS TENTER DE DEMONTER L’ELECTRONIQUE. Ceci annulerait la garane.
N’ulisez que des baeries de marque Lezyne LIR 123A. Reportez-vous aux
instrucons de Recharge pour l’installaon de la baerie.
Lezyne USA Inc./Lezyne Co., Ltd. ne pourra être tenue comme responsable des
blessures ou dommages causés par l’ulisaon de ce produit dans quelque

Garantie
Aux USA et au Royaume Uni, les lampes Lezyne LED bénécient d’une garan-
e de deux (2) ans à parr de la date du premier achat (une preuve d’achat est
nécessaire). Les baeries Lezyne sont garanes six (6) mois à parr de la date
du premier achat. La garane Lezyne couvre les éventuels défauts de fabrica-
on. La garane ne couvre pas l’usure normale, les mauvaises installaons, les
tentaves d’accès à la pare électronique, les dommages causés par un acci-
dent, la négligence, une ulisaon incorrecte.

Montage
1. Glisser le collier au-dessus du guidon avec le trou de la vis vers l’avant,
placer le dessus du support sur le collier, insérer la vis par en-dessous.
2. Serrer la vis jusqu’au serrage complet ; le collier ne doit pas tourner sur
le guidon. NE PAS SERRER TROP FORT. Couple maxi : 5.0Nm.
3. Faire glisser la lampe sur la plaque du support par l’avant. S’ASSURER
QUE LA LAMPE EST BIEN BLOQUEE.
Pour libérer la lampe LED, appuyer sur la languee ; rer la lampe vers l’avant.
REMARQUE : lors de l’installaon sur des surfaces en carbone, vérier les
couples de serrage recommandés par les fabricants des composants an de
prévenir tout dommage causé par un serrage trop élevé sur des pièces car-
bone. Un serrage trop faible peut également engendrer une mauvaise tenue
de la lampe.
Fonctionnement
1. Marche /Arrêt : enfoncer le bouton pendant deux (2) seconds.
2. Changement de mode : appuyer sur le bouton.
3. Mode Overdrive Race: maintenir le bouton enfoncé cinq (5) secondes.
MODE OVERDRIVE RACE : Lampe éteinte, maintenir le bouton enfoncé pen-
dant cinq (5) secondes jusqu’à ce que la lampe clignote. La lampe est mainten-
ant en Mode Overdrive Race. Dans ce mode, seules les posions Overdrive et
Economy sont séleconnables. La lampe va rester dans ce mode même une
fois éteinte. Pour repasser en Mode standard, répéter l’opéraon ci-dessus.
PROTECTION THERMIQUE: si la température de fonconnement devient trop
élevée, la lampe va automaquement baisser sa puissance.
ENTRETIEN : Pour l’étanchéité, assurez-vous que le capot arrière, le bouton et
la couverture de protecon de la prise USB sont correctement installés avant
chaque ulisaon. Gardez le letage du capot propre et appliquer une pete
quanté de graisse épaisse mul-usages si nécessaire.

Do I have to use the Lezyne USB cable to charge my bicycle light or can I use a different cable as well? Verified
Although it might be possible to charge the bicycle light with a different cable, Lezyne advises not to do this because it might cause damage to the light and the use of a different cable will void the warranty.
