Let op het volgende:

Stel vast of het toegestaan is om achterop gemonteerde fietsdragers op uw auto te monteren.

Bij langere ritten, in het bijzonder op slechte wegen, moet de bevestiging van de drager en de fietsen

regelmatig, om de twee uur, worden gecontroleerd.

Nadat de drager voor de eerste keer is gemonteerd moeten alle schroeven na 15 km rijden nog een

keer worden aangehaald.

Verzorg uw drager op dezelfde manier als een goede fiets. Smeer kettingolie of kettingspray op alle

beweegbare onderdelen en het schroefdraad. Smeer het opzetstuk regelmatig met een smeermiddel.

Met een achterop gemonteerde fietsdrager op de trekhaak ontstaat, vooral wanneer deze is belast,

een sterkere neiging tot overbelasting en gewijzigde rijeigenschappen wat betreft zijwindgevoeligheid

en bij het remmen, vooral in bochten. Een zware lading in de bagageruimte moet zo ver mogelijk naar

voren worden geplaatst.

Verkeersveilige schokdempers zijn een voorwaarde om de achterop gemonteerde drager de rij-

omstandigheden zo min mogelijk te laten beïnvloeden. Controleer deze regelmatig, ten minste een keer

per jaar.

Voitele kumitiiviste, johon taakkatelineen kiinnike tulee, silikoniöljyllä.

On olemassa vaara että lakkaus himmenee jalkalevyjen kohdalla. Tämän välttämiseksi suosittelemme

autokaton puhdistamista pölyltä ja lialta ennen taakkatelineen asentamista sekä telineen iroittamista aika

ajoin katon ja jalkalevyjen puhdistusta varten.

Kiinnitä huomiota siihen, että kuorma on jaettu mahdollisimman tasaisesti ja että painopiste on mahdollisimman

alhaalla. Kun kuljetat pieniä, hyvin painavia kuormia on ne sijoitettava kannatinkiskon toiselle puolelle eikä

sen keskelle.

Liikenneturvallisuussyistä kuorma ei saa ylittää auton leveyttä.

Tarkista ennen liikkeelle lähtöä että kaikki telineet ja lisävarusteet on kiinnitetty ohjeiden mukaan. Tarkista

myös että kuorma on kunnolla kiinnitetty.

Pysähdy lyhyen ajomatkan jälkeen tarkistamaan että kaikki ruuvit ja erityisesti jalkalevyt ovat tukevasti

paikallaan. Tarkista sen jälkeen aina ennen seuraavaa liikkeellelähtöä.

Huomioi että ajo-ominaisuudet muuttuvat ajettaessa taakkatelineillä etenkin kuormattuna (sivutuulialttius,

kaarre- ja jarrutusolosuhteet). Myöskin auton ajo-ominaisuudet muuttuvat, joten suosittelemme ajonopeuden

sopeuttamista kuorman ja olosuhteiden mukaan!

Muiden tienkäyttäjien turvallisuussyistä sekä polttoainekulutuksen johdosta on taakkatelineet irroitettava

kun ne eivät ole käytössä.

Valmistaja ei vastaa virheellisen telineen tai lisätarvikkeen asennuksen aiheuttamista

vahingoista.
