• Onregelmatig gedetecteerde hartslagmetingen worden niet in het geheugen

opgeslagen.

• De hartslagdisplay is niet geschikt om de frequentie van pacemakers te

controleren. Indien er tijdens de meting een zekere onregelmatigheid in de

hartslag wordt vastgesteld, raden wij u aan om een arts te raadplegen.

• Bij wijze van voorzorg raden wij u echter aan om uw arts te raadplegen

voordat u het toestel gebruikt indien u aan een aritmie lijdt, zoals atriale of

ventriculaire premature hartslag en atriaal fibrilleren of andere speciale

aandoeningen.

• De IHB-functie is niet bestemd voor gebruik door personen met een aritmie

of voor de diagnose en behandeling van een aritmie. Om de onstabiele

toestand van de gebruiker te filteren en om te vermijden dat de

hartslagmeting wordt beïnvloed door bewegen, schudden of praten bij het

begin van de meting, wordt de gemiddelde hartslaginterval voor dit toestel

berekend op basis van drie goede hartslagen die bij het begin van de

meting worden waargenomen. Die methode verschilt van een strikt

mathematisch gemiddelde van alle geregistreerde intervallen.

• Wanneer minstens 3 hartslagen met minstens 25% van het gemiddelde

hartslaginterval afwijken, wordt het IHB-pictogram op het scherm

weergegeven.
