GETTING TO WORK
PREPARATION BONDING SURFACE
• The surfaces to be glued, first thoroughly clean and degrease. Do not use flammable
solvents. When applying hot glue the solvent residues could ignite.
• Ensure that the surfaces before applying the glue is dry.
• Smooth roughen surfaces prior to bonding.

CAUTION
Before handling and use of gun , read the safety instructions.

CAUTION
• melting gun load only with the specified hot melt adhesive stick. Make sure that the type of
used hot melt adhesive is suitable for bonding of the material.

PROCEDURE FOR BONDING
• Make sure that the ambient temperature and the temperature of glued materials is in the
temperature range from +5 ° C to +50 ° C.
• Materials that rapidly cool pre-heat for better adhesion of the glue for example with a hot air
gun.
• Apply to the surface molten adhesive by pressing shift lever (Fig. 1, position 4).
• Bonded parts after applying the adhesive, immediately press for about 30 seconds.
• At the time between each bonding put up the gun on the stand (Figure 1, Figure 3).
Note:
• After cooling remove the residues of adhesive with a sharp object.
• Bonded spots can be re-release by heating
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
Before cleaning and maintenance, unplug the glue gun out of the socket with el. shock.
CLEANING TIPS
• The nozzle does not require any special maintenance. Under the conditions of correct use of
reperfusion enough to heat the nozzle gun with nozzle to operating temperature (about 7 min.)
