Tarda mucho tiempo en llevar a ebullición:

- La fuente de calor no es lo suficientemente potente.

- Poner la fuente de calor al máximo

Durante la cocción no escapa vapor del contrapeso:

- Ponga la olla a presión bajo un chorro de agua fría para desvaporizar la olla.

- Abra la olla.

- Limpie la salida del contrapeso y la válvula de seguridad.

Cuando el vapor escapa alrededor de la tapa, verificar:

- La tapa no está correctamente cerrada.

- La junta de sellado no está correctamente colocada.

- La junta de sellado no está en buenas condiciones (si es necesario cámbiela).

- El borde de la olla no está en correcto estado.

Cuando los alimentos cocinados no son totalmente cocidos o excesivamente cocidos:

- El tiempo de cocción no es el adecuado.

correctamente, pues en caso de realizar un mal montaje puede oca-

sionar desgracias personales o materiales.
