1.- Abra la caja grande. Retire todo el material de embalaje y la cubierta protectora de la unidad y

sus piezas. No se deshaga del envoltorio hasta comprobar que el funcionamiento es correcto.

2.- Antes del primer uso limpie cuidadosamente todas las partes que puedan entrar en contacto

con los alimentos.

3.- Antes de cada uso, asegúrese que el contrapeso, la válvula de seguridad y la junta de sellado

estén limpias y funcionan correctamente.

4.- Una vez introducidos los ingredientes dentro de la olla, sitúela sobre la fuente de calor, y

espere hasta la ebullición del líquido. NUNCA deje cocinar la olla a presión “en seco”.

5.- Añada sal al gusto, remueva los alimentos. Por favor compruebe que existe un espacio

adecuado entre el alimento a ser cocinado y la tapa con la válvula de seguridad.

6.- Sitúe la tapa en su sitio, asegurándose que la junta se encuentra correctamente posicionada.

7.- Gire el pomo en sentido horario hasta que la tapa se encuentre firmemente amarrada.

8.- Tan pronto comience a salir vapor por la válvula de contrapeso, reduzca la potencia de la

fuente de calor. El tiempo de cocción comienzará en ese momento.

9.- Tras el tiempo de cocción, retire la olla de la fuente de calor, espere hasta que no salga más

vapor a traves de los orificios de la válvula de contrapeso.

PELIGRO: El escape de vapor es extremadamente caliente. El vapor escapa verticalmente,

por lo que no sitúe sus manos encima del contrapeso. Espere hasta que el vapor haya

escapado.

10.- Gire el pomo de apertura en sentido antihorario, extraiga la tapa para acceder a los alimentos

cocinados.
