• Achten Sie bei der Verwendung von Glasgeschirr darauf, dass dieses für das

Kochen auf der Herdplatte geeignet ist. Wenn die Glasoberäche Risse bekommt,

schalten Sie das Gerät aus, um Stromschläge zu vermeiden.

• Um die Verbrennungsgefahr und Brandgefahr zu minimieren und ein Überkochen

der Lebensmittel zu verhindern, drehen Sie die Griffe der Töpfe/Pfannen zur Seite

oder zur Mitte des Herdes, so dass diese sich nicht direkt über einem anderen

Brenner benden.

• Schalten Sie die Brenner immer aus, bevor Sie Töpfe vom Herd nehmen.

• Lassen Sie Lebensmittel, die bei hoher Flamme frittiert werden, keinesfalls

unbeaufsichtigt.

• Erhitzen Sie Öl und Fett immer langsam und beaufsichtigen Sie das Erhitzen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass Lebensmittel, die frittiert werden sollen, so trocken wie

möglich sind. Eis auf gefrorenen Lebensmitteln oder Feuchtigkeit auf frischen

Lebensmittel kann dazu führen, dass das Fett Blasen bildet und über die Seiten der

Pfanne spritzt.

• Versuchen Sie niemals, eine Pfanne mit heißem Fett zu bewegen, insbesondere

keine Fritteusen. Warten Sie, bis sich das Fett komplett abgekühlt hat.
