I have not used my dehydrator yet so cannot give a review about it. I am very disappointed at the minimalistic instruction booklet. One does not need to know how to slice and dice foods, books are available for that. It would have been helpful to have, amongst other things, instructions for use of the drying trays and their positions in the dryer. There are plenty of good books on timing and how to prepare foods. I would give the booklet only 2 stars for usefulness. Julia
