We are very happy with the chairs we have had for almost two years. They are nice design and comfortable too. Unfortunately, they have a weak point and that is the delicate threaded gliders on the chair legs (black plastic). Last week we had a joint slider break off and were unable to purchase replacement parts at the store. They are also not available online. We have now written to Jysk and hope that we can sort it out.
