I am unable to edit/sort/delete/move channels. I have selected settings-channels-channels. The option is just not on the screen. The LCN is set to off. I have tried a factory reset. I have scanned so many times. Regards

My friend is in a care home so on a shared wireless system but the router is probably more than 5m away. Will the Smart functionality work? He doesn't have his own router but is there a device whereby he could put a Lan cable in the back of the TV and connect through something to his PC (which is connected to the Wifi)?

The screen has just gotten so dark it is impossible to watch simple BBC/ITV channels on. I've tried to adjust brightness, contrast, backlight up and down again to no avail. I did a full factory reset and this didn't work either. Could it be set on Energy Saving Mode? I cannot even find how to check this. I've tried it on "Retail Mode" still the same dull/dark screen.

Turn off the television and wipe dust and dirt off the screen with a microfiber cloth. Do not use paper, this can cause scratches. Do not apply too much pressure or you might cause damage to pixels. Use a specialized detergent or make one by mixing 1 part vinegar with 1 part water. Moisten the cloth with the detergent and clean the screen. Make sure the cloth is not too wet. Remove stains by making rotating movements. Dry the screen with a second microfiber cloth to prevent stripes.
