Resguardo para enviar a JATA por el S.A.T. como prueba de garantía

en sus liquidaciones.

Para próximas liquidaciones en garantía, el usuario debe presentar

al S.A.T., el certificado de garantía junto al recibo de la última

reparación.

CONDICIONES DE GARANTÍA – 20 DÍAS DE PRUEBA*

• Esta garantía cubre durante 20 días naturales, cualquier defecto de

funcionamiento, haciéndose el cambio del aparato en el domicilio del usuario,

sin coste alguno para éste.

• Para su aplicación, es imprescindible la entrega al mensajero del ticket de

compra junto con el aparato que se va a devolver.

• El aparato a devolver ha de estar completo, con todos sus accesorios, papeles,

etc. y en su estuche original.

• Las exclusiones a esta garantía, son las mismas que las “exclusiones de la

garantía general (2 años)”.

GARANTÍA GENERAL (2 AÑOS) – GARANTÍA TOTAL

• Esta garantía cubre durante dos años, a partir de la fecha de compra, cualquier

defecto de funcionamiento, sin coste alguno para el titular de la misma.

• Para que la garantía JATA tenga validez ésta deberá estar debidamente

cumplimentada, sin tachaduras ni enmiendas y sellada por el establecimiento

vendedor, con indicación clara de la fecha de venta.

• Adicionalmente, el titular de la garantía, disfrutará en cada momento de

todos los derechos que la legislación vigente le conceda.

“Exclusiones de la garantía general (2 años)”

• La garantía no cubre las roturas o averías producidas por caídas, instalación

incorrecta, la manipulación total o parcial por personal ajeno a los Servicios

Técnicos de JATA, así como por causas de fuerza mayor ajenas a JATA

(fenómenos geológicos, disturbios, uso no doméstico, etc.)

• Igualmente, la presente garantía no tiene efecto sobre los componentes y

accesorios que son objeto de desgaste como consecuencia del uso, así como

los perecederos, tales como compuestos plásticos, goma, cristal, cables,

lámparas, papel, filtros, esmaltes, pinturas o recubrimientos deteriorados por

uso indebido o reacción a agentes como calor, agua o productos químicos

externos.

• Asimismo quedan exentas de la garantía las operaciones de ajuste y limpieza,

explicadas en los libros de instrucciones.

GARANTÍA PLUS – 1 AÑO ADICIONAL*

• JATA con esta garantía, amplía de 2 a 3 años la garantía general, sin coste

alguno para el usuario.

*Los 20 días de prueba y la Garantía Plus, sólo es aplicable a España peninsular

y Baleares.

ESPAÑOL:

• En el resto de países, el titular de la garantía, disfrutará de todos los derechos

que su legislación vigente le conceda.

PORTUGUÊS:

• Nos restantes países, o titular da garantia disfrutará de todos os direitos que

a legislação vigente do seu país lhe conceder.

ENGLISH:

• In the rest of countries, the holder of the guarantee will enjoy all the rights

that his legislation in force concedes.

FRANÇAIS:

• Dans les autre pays, le titulaire de la garantie jouira de tous les droits que la

législation en vigueur lui concède.

ITALIANO:

• Negli altri paesi, il titolare della garanzia, si avvarrà dei diritti che la

legislazione in vigore prevede e tutela.
