The dehydrator wont turn on. It's as if the unit is not getting enough amps. The fan spins slowly, never reaching full speed. The display flickers while a repetitive beeping sounds when the "on' button is pressed. Should I throw the unit away. I have only used it about 10 times. Have any advice?
