b. Using spoon handle, push the gasket

on the safety vent of the cover until

pressure released.

6. To open: hold the Lower Handle with left hand and

Upper Handle with right hand. Slightly turn Upper

Handle to the right until 2 arrow marks from the

pressure cooker body and Cover meets (See fig.

13). Lift the Cover to open.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. All parts are washable with soap and water.

2. Nozzle and Filter

After every use, clean the nozzle and filter with

cleaning needle to remove food residue (See

fig. 14, 15 &16).

3. Safety Valve and Pressure Indicator

Unscrew, soak in hot water with soap for 5

minutes. Rinse thoroughly. If food stocks on

the holes, use cleaning needle to remove.

4. Gasket

Soak in hot water with soap for 5 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly. Do not hang the gasket.

Place the rubber gasket in the plastic and put it

inside the pressure cooker.

5. Let it dry. Be sure to assemble all detachable parts,

except the gasket.

6. Store in dry place.
