I see several people struggling to get out the white plastic screws that the planks are attached to. My boyfriend and I just found the solution, we lifted down the two wide planks that all the small planks are attached to. Put the whole thing upside down on the floor so that the white plastic screws lay down on the floor, behind them there are holes all the way through so we used one of the screws we loosened earlier and placed into the hole and hit with a hammer until the white ones fell out the other side. Was done in no time.
