I have two questions, about this table in the Acacia version. 1). While moving, the table suffered some deep scratches to the top. What kind of finish is used on this table, so I can do my best to repair or fill the gouge and still keep the same feel across the surface? 2.) The legs have a small piece that sticks out near the bottom, and we are often bumping into this with our ankles. Is this piece that juts out structural, and would I compromise the structural integrity if I cut them off?
