My Renberget 22121 chair is about three years old and screws are snapping their heads off in the five legs (so far three of the ten) leaving a broken shaft in the hole and a broken head from each screw that falls on the floor. The chair is in good condition and should last a long time yet if this problem can be addressed. I will be trying to contact the local Repair Cafe. The chair user weighs 210 lbs. I don't think this should be happening.
