Wegen dieser Änderungen sollten Sie Ihren Blutdruck immer zur gleichen Tageszeit messen, in

entspanntem Zustand. Diese Werte muss dann Ihr Arzt interpretieren. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie Ihren Arzt

regelmäßig aufsuchen. Er wird Ihnen sagen, welcher Blutdruck für Sie normal ist und welche

Besonderheiten Sie ihm berichten müssen.

hier sind einige hilfreiche Vorschläge, wie Sie richtige Messergebnisse erhalten:

Nach einer größeren Mahlzeit sollten Sie eine Stunde bis zur Blutdruckmessung warten.

Rauchen Sie nicht und trinken Sie keinen Alkohol, bevor Sie den Blutdruck messen.

Vor der Messung sollten Sie für eine Stunde keine körperlichen Arbeiten verrichten.
