Hi all, just plugged my cooler in and had the same problem with the temperature. I found that holding in the plus or minus for just2 seconds and then letting go would move the temperature down to the desired temperature. It goes in a circle so if it says 18 degrees you can just go up and if will start at 5 degrees again. Hope this helps.
